Adult Group Training
Christopher Lundsted ATC, CSCS
Chris is from Peterborough and graduated from Conval HS in 2010. He was a 4 year member and senior captain of the varsity hockey team, and played 2 years of varsity lacrosse and varsity golf. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire in 2014. During his time at UNH he worked with a variety of their Division I sports teams including the Men’s Ice Hockey team, Women’s Field Hockey team and Men’s Soccer team.
Chris has been the Head Athletic Trainer at Conval HS since 2015, and acted as a part-time athletic trainer for Conant HS in Jaffrey, NH for the 2019/2020 school year. He is responsible for management/treatment of all athletic injuries, as well as injury rehabilitation and injury prevention. During the Summer months, Chris organizes a strength and conditioning program for high school athletes looking to improve their performance and decrease their risk of injury.
Chris is a Certified Athletic Trainer licensed to practice through the State of New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professionals. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.
Jonathan Blair MS, CSCS
Jon grew up in Antrim and graduated from Conval in 2005 where he played hockey for 4 years He played 2 seasons of college hockey at Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Jon began his career in athletic performance as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of New Hampshire, where he was responsible for Men’s Soccer, Women’s Lacrosse, Gymnastics, Nordic Skiing and Track & Field. He also worked extensively with Football and the Men’s and Women’s Ice Hockey programs. While working at UNH, he was also the strength coach for the St. Thomas Boys Ice Hockey team. In the summer of 2017, he worked at Prentiss Hockey Performance, a private sports performance facility in Stamford, Connecticut. At PHP he trained professional and high level collegiate hockey players. After UNH, Jon took a role as the Assistant Director of Performance at Bando Performance in Woburn, Massachusetts where he trained middle school, high school and college athletes.
Jon is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and has a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire. He is also certified in the functional movement screen and as a mobility specialist.
